Worked and participated in the National Plastics Exposition (NPE) 2000 Show Team
Worked in a $1.3 million, 14,000 square foot exhibit booth where I coordinated daily
deliveries of resin to each machine, assisted in the demonstration of the machines, and
spoke with potential customers. Prior to the trade show I prepared eight injection-molding
machines and organized the shipment of two semi truckloads of plastic resin to Chicago

Resident Network Coordinator, August 2001 - Present
Provide network connectivity to Baldwin-Wallace residential students for access to college
network resources, such as email, campus web servers, network drives, and the World Wide
Web.
One of four dedicated pioneers of the Resident Network Coordinator program devoted to
developing and improving it.
Currently working with 3com switches and hubs on a newly designed segmented Layer 2/Layer
3 Gigabit Network.
Gained valuable knowledge in areas of problem solving, customer service, and
documentation.

Professional and XP Home and Professional, in addition to Microsoft Office Professional
